Conversation view allows emails with the same subject line to show up in one thread of messages. When this first came out, I did use it as I thought it was a better way of organising my emails.
Fast forward to today where I have turned it off in all of my email accounts. I acknowledge that this does mean that my emails aren’t organised together but I would prefer to organise the emails myself personally. I may also receive emails with the same subject but not related at all, and false positives could occur.
The screenshot shown is from the Outlook app on an Android mobile phone. This is a personal preference and I don’t believe one way is better than the other. Try it out (either turn it on or off) and then if you don’t like it, you can always revert back to the previous setting.
