Spinning the various aspects of technology

I am usually reluctant to try new foods, mainly because when I am hungry, I need to eat!  So, going out for Korean BBQ food recently was a very new experience for me, but very rewarding.

The restaurant is called Sejong located on Bloor St. West between Bathurst and Christie.  The food was great, especially the beef specials.  Beyond the food was the experience.  Each table has a built in grill in which the meat is actually cooked in.  The staff handle all the preparations in regards to turning on the grill, controlling the temperature, and letting us know when the meat is done.  They placed one order at a time, so don’t go starving, into the grill.  We did order some appetizers to hold us off until the main course.

You can also order your meal fully prepared in their kitchen, but to me the table grill is half the fun of being there!

Bon Appetite!
