Toronto Hydro launched their wireless internet service in Toronto yesterday. This first phase is only active between Church St and Spadina Ave, and between Front St and Queen St. Other phases will be rolled out in the coming months.
The service will be free for the first six months. After that, the charge will be $29 per month, $10 per day or $5 per hour. We will see how reliable the service will turn out to be.
